Another problem: if I return the the application, clicking on it no more closes the filter auomatically.

You can try to close the filtering popup manually as demonstrated in the Filtering Popup Remains Opened help article.

not applicable in my case: I don't have a single grid view and they are create dynamically in panes and tabs...

Hello Patrick,
I am afraid that the only possible solution is to close the popup manually, using the code snippet from the help article. You can try to create an attached behavior which will subscribe to a proper event (for example Key down, and check for the Alt+Tab combination) and close the popups. In this way, you will create one behavior for all GridViews.
