I have this problem using RadGridView: When user click onto cell(with a text) in order to edit it and press a key, sometimes whole text in this cell selects. That ussualy ends with whole content of the cell rewrited by second typed char instead of for example changing only six characters of content.

RadGridView is designed to have a similar behavior and API to the MS DataGridView. In this case MS DataGridView also clears the cell's content.
Currently this behavior can't be changed, but we will consider adding an option that disables the automatic selection in one of our upcoming releases.
