Problem with Android Quick Launch menu

With Android 4.1.2  There is a quick launch menu at the bottom of the device that will open to display a bunch of icons.  Well in my Mobile App when I click on the tabstrip to navigate... it's causing this menu to popup as if I clicked on the little button to bring it up.

Does anyone know whats going on here or how to prevent the quick launch menu from popping up when using the tabstrip?

We're not aware of such issue (or menu in fact) in vanilla Android 4.1.2, sounds more like a vendor designed Android extension. Can you provide us with the device model and exact Android version you are using?

Hello Kamen,

The device is a Samsung Note.  SGH-1717

The quick launch menu appears when using the default browser only.  Looking in the settings Android calls this feature the "Browser Bar".

Hello Robert,

Unfortunately this is a 3rd Party Android application we don't have access to, as it is only available to AT&T users, and I can't test it. Furthermore we don't support 3rd party applications and you probably should report this issue to the developer of Browser Bar.
