We were running fine with an old I believe Q1 release of a trial. However we ran into problems when upgrading to a licensed version at 2012 Q3.

Were trying to use bin deploy with the report dlls. It seems there is now quite a number of dlls required. I have cleared a number of errors and added a number of dlls in the process however now the error is

HTMLInteractive rendering format is not available.

This is using the webforms control on an ASPX page. Is this a dependency I have now added all the dlls I can find to the bin folder but stuck on this.

Hello Adam,

The HTMLInteractive rendering extension has been introduced in Q3 2011 SP1 (5.3.12.119) and is supposed to be used by the report viewers only and is not recommended for external tampering.

Nothing has been changed in the deployment process to any application, including web application, nor the number of assemblies has changed. You can find the required assemblies that should be deployed in order to use Telerik Reporting in the following help article: Deploying Web Applications. In this line of thoughts, make sure you have upgraded the application correctly and you have updated all references to the previous version. The easiest way to do that is using the Upgrade Wizard and then redeploy the application. What might need manual intervention is deleting older versions of the reporting assemblies from your bin.

Kind regards,
Steve
