Hi, we had no problem with copying email contents, rich text and HTML content specially formatted HTML contents with tables, and pasting into HTML Editor in earlier version 2013.2.716 (both IE-10 and Chrome Browser were beautifully ok)!
However, as soon as we upgrade to version 2013.3.1122 yesterday, we have so many problems in pasting contents into HTML Editor.
1. In IE-10 the contents after pasting in the Editor has so many unnecessary line spacing. Also we can no longer paste contents with HTML table (editor does not show it in the table form, just show it in continuous lines with a lots of long line spacing in between lines).
2. In Chrome it's even worse, when we paste the content into the Editor, only partial of the content is being paste (NOT ALL).
Basically, the most beautiful working version of Editor in the previous version (2013.2.716), now in the new version (2013.3.1122) become practically useless!
Please do something about it, as most of our users and online customers are complaining to us on this particular issue since yesterday.
Any solution to quickly solve this tedious problem will be much appreciated.
Thank you.

Hello Nariman,

The issue has already been fixed in the latest internal build. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Thank you very much for your prompt support, Alex.
The content format after Copy and Paste in the Editor is even much more accurate & nice in the latest internal build (2013.3.1127) than any other previous builds (well done!).

However, there is still one major problem in the latest build:
1. In Chrome browser, when copy and paste content that has color in some part of the sentence (font color), the editor simply ignore the font colors of the content and show everything in black (but in IE-10 is fine and can see the font colors). The previous build (2013.2.716) could show the exact font colors in the content after pasting it in the Editor.

There are also still 2 minor problem in IE browser (but in Chrome and Safari are reasonably prefect now):
 1. When I right-click on the editor in Chrome and Safari, a menu will open and I can choose Paste from the menu, but right click on Editor in IE-10 does not open any menu! Is this the IE browser behavior or the Editor limitation in IE-10 browser?
2. When using IE-10 and copy a content from email and paste it into the Editor, for some contents (not always) there are still some extra line-spacing seen in the Editor (the same copy & paste in Chrome and Safari does not have this problem).

Thank you.

Hello Nariman,

I could not reproduce the issue with the chrome font-color, nor the lack of a paste menu in IE10. I'm attaching screenshots. In order for us to reproduce all these, please submit the word document that you are copying from and the exact steps to reproduce.

Hello Alex,
At this moment the problem that we're keep receiving feedback from our clients, is the Extra Line-Spacing in the Editor using IE (10 & 11) after Copy content from outlook and lotus notes email clients and Paste it into Editor. However in Chrome browser it's completely prefect (same copy & paste without extra line spacing!).
Please let me know, how to fix this problem? as the majority of our users still using IE browser.
Thank you.
P/S: To answer to your last post, You're right the font color in Chrome is ok.

Hello Nariman,

I am unable to reproduce the extra white spacing while copying several different e-mails from Outlook 2010. It is quite likely that the issue is related to the content and the Outlook version. Can you please provide the content that you are trying to paste into the editor? Feel free to open a support ticket if the contents are sensitive.
