Step by step instructions on how to reproduce the problem.
User opens report of 5 pages. Prints specific pages 4-5. Actually prints pages 1-2.
Current workaround is to export or print to pdf, then print specific pages from adobe reader.

Used programming language (C# or VB.NET).
C#

OS version and applied service packs.
Windows Server 2012

Exact version of Telerik Reporting.
7.0.13.426

Have tried filing this in Telerik Public Issue Tracker on many occasions, always with no response.

Hi Garrett,

This is a know issue. Currently there is no direct way to control the PrintDialog in Silverlight and there is no option to retrieve the page range value.

If you want to provide the option to print specific range of pages to your end-users set the viewer's UseNativePrinting to "False" and use the True print functionality.

I hope this helps.

Have you tried the new visualization options in Telerik Reporting Q1 2013? You can get them from your account.

Hello Vova,

It is not clear what is the error on printing the report. Thus test to re-install Adobe PDF plugin in IE.

About Firefox, please check the note in the True Print article - by default the print operation should result in export in PDF, where on opening the file the PDF reader will display its print dialog.

Stef
