We're seeing instances where when running a report multiple times but with different filters applied to the return set that the print preview will sometimes show the previous result set rather than the current set. Is anyone else experiencing this or found a work around for this?

I haven't experienced such issue, but I don't know what is your setup and it is hard to give you advise given the provided information. Can you explain in more details what is your setup, like what viewer you are using, what is your data, how do you call the viewer from the application, etc.
