Can i use FileManager for preview (if picture), open or save files?

File open and save functionality has not been implemented in the FileManager. If you want to see such capabilities, we would suggest logging a feature request in our Feedback Portal: https://feedback.telerik.com/kendo-jquery-ui

With regard to previewing images, we have a demo that show how this can be achieved by using the Window along with the FileManager: https://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-mvc/filemanager/image-preview
