prevent default behaviour of Destroy

Hi,

In this dojo example, https://dojo.telerik.com/atakEcUH, I am not able to prevent the default behaviour of remove event like how it works in edit event.

Can you please help?

Hi Vaishali,

Thank you for the Dojo example. Based on the provided information I cannot be sure what exactly is the issue are reporting. 

The e.preventDefault() line in the provided dojo is preventing the removal of a given event. It is not stopping the appearance of the confirmation popup. There is no way to stop the appearance of the popup window. 

If you want to disable the remove task functionality, it could be achieved by setting the Gantt's editable:destroy configuration to false. Here is a Dojo with added editable:destroy. 

If none of the above assumptions doesn't help you to resolve the issue,  please give me more details about what is the desired functionality you want to be achieved  - what do you expect to happen and what is actually happening?

Yes, I want to prevent the delete confirmation dialog and put a custom dialog instead. Is there any way to achieve this?
