Possible to show icon next to pinned item?

Hello, I am setting items pragmatically to be pinned or not. I would like to show a little icon next to the pinned items at the top. How can I accomplish this? Thank you

I was able to accomplish this by adding an image column and hiding the header and when pinning it adding an image to the row cell .

By design, the pinned columns (Hyperlink and Color) are indicated with a different background color:

I am glad that you have found a suitable solution for your case. Indeed, applying a header image to the column is a good approach to indicate a pinned column. When the column is unpinned, you can remove the header image from the column.
