How can I play a sound in the background when displaying a RadDesktopAlert? I believe the WinForms version has a property to provide a file name and the sound plays automatically.

Hello Aleksandar,

RadDesktopAlert for WPF doesn't support sounds. To achieve your requirement you can play sound manually after or just before the ShowAlert call. To do this you can use the SystemSounds class like this:

 SystemSounds.Beep.Play();

Or the SoundPlayer class.

Hello Aleksandar,

We have decided to add a feature request to introduce a built-in play sound support. You can find it in the WPF feedback portal. You can also find your Telerik points updated.
