PDF Export with many pages(scrolled div with long height) and paperSize with "A4"

PDF Export can export div's content in one page in this example. When I have many content with very long height, how can I exoprt pdf's document with pages! And then, when I set  paperSize with "A4", it can only export the first page. How to solve my problem. Another Question, how to set the pdf's header and footer in document.
