Hello,

Please check the discussion in the Passing parameters to report from .Net web form
forum thread, which is regarding old version of Telerik Reporting like 2011.

As of Q2 2012 Telerik Reporting uses a ReportSource object to wrap reports and parameters information, which is then passed to viewers - How to migrate your project to utilize the new ReportSource objects.
