Hello,
I'm trying to get a parameter from my Master report to my subreport without having to write any code in the code behind. I have added a parameter to the sub report inside my Master report. My Question is how do I do this? I have looked at the documentation which didn't help I have also searched the forums and couldn't find anything that helped.
i want to pass a GUID from my master report do my Subreport to give to my ObjectDataSource to use in a query.
I'm using Silverlight 4, VS 2010, .Net 4

Hi Brett,
You do not provide any details about what you've tried so far. Stating that something does not work/help, does not help us in investigating the issue you've encountered - please elaborate what exactly is not working, what you've tried, do you receive errors etc. The help topic Creating Master-Detail Reports Using SubReports in our documentation covers exactly your inquiry and the approach outlined in it is successfully used in our Invoice demo report. You can open the Visual Studio examples that are installed along with the product and review the Invoice report implementation. More over there is a video that shows how it is created.
