Im using Telerik reporting, after i design the report i can preview with parameters and everything works fine but after debugging from Visual Studio 2013 (an ASP.NET MVC5 app) in browser i cant make filters using parameteres, parameters are always NULL.

You can check the following tutorials on how to apply filtering in reports:
To reference the value of a report parameter in the expression use Parameters object: =Parameters.VendorSelect.Label.

In case the issue persists attach some screen shots that capture the problematic behavior so we can understand the scenario more clearly.
