Hello,
I have some strange effects when using Anchor Bottom / Anchor Right with Controls placed on a PageView Page. The Controls do not keep their positions correcty. Also, the Designer (VS2010) seems to garble up sometimes.
Anyone else having issues with this?
Regards
Erwin

Thanks, Stefan.
So far it's not a showstopper, just prevents my project from migrating away from the old telerik controls. Of course I would like to migrate since I find that PageView has a nice clean(er) concept.

Hello,
This issue seems to have been re-introduced in the 2011 Q2 Release. I have several controls anchored either Top+Right or Bottom+Right inside a PageView page that do not retain their original positions, usually after the designer (VS2010) refreshes or reloads.

Hi Mark, I also have some subtle issues with the PageView not resizing/placing its content correctly in some situations.
In my case it seems to be GraphicsCard / Driver / Multi Screen configuration dependent. So it's hard for telerik to reproduce the problem - and I did not have time and decent bandwidth for a remote debugging session yet.
Do you run your VS2010 in a multi-screen config?
Also on Startup of my App under the VS2010 debugger I sometimes get a NaN Exception from some sizing operation
deep within the Telerik Stack.
Do you also use Docking? Some problems seem to have been introduced when Telerik switched the internals of RadDock to use the PageView.

Hi guys,
Thank you both for writing.
@Mark, I have tried to reproduce the same issue in our latest releases Q2 2011 and Q2 2011 SP1, but to no avail. Additionally, since you mention that the controls position is changed after the designer is reloaded, I have performed some design time tests, but such an issue did not appear as well. I am attaching a sample project which I have used to perform my tests. Can you please modify this project on a way to demonstrate the experienced issue, and get back to us with it (in a support ticket where attachments are allowed and with reference to this thread). Additionally, please provide us with a step by step instructions on how to reproduce the undesired behavior. After we investigate this case, we will provide you with further support.
@erwin, I am in doubt that your issue is connected to the one discussed here. The issue initially discussed here concerns the Anchoring properties of the controls placed on RadPageViewPages. However, if I observe similar behavior to yours, I will get back to you.
Best wishes,
Stefan

Hi guys
My Resize Problems so far appears only when I set Docking to True on the contained controls. With no docking there seems to be no issue.
Since here the issues arise when using Anchoring to Bottom / Right I thought the problem could be related (or could also be multiscreen or graphics card related).
