Pager in both header and footer?

How can I add an additional pager to the header of the grid, so users don't have to scroll to the bottom all the time to select the next page?

Hi Cyndie,

Unfortunately this is not currently supported by the Grid. However you can easily achieve this as shown on the following jsFiddle:
