It´s possible to make the height property of PageHeaderSection to adjust to the height of your content panels?
And, I can´t adjust the height manual, because when I create a panel, I don´t know the height of this panel.

Hi Cleidson,
Page sections have the same height on all physical pages. Even if yo hide a page section on a page, the space will remain occupied - Page Header and Footer Sections.
Note that content growing beyond the frame of a page section will be clipped.
A planned feature is to have page sections with varying sizes per page.There is no ETA for the feature, and we can suggest you to use a ReportBook gathering reports with different PageSettings until the feature is available.
