I'm using the reportviewer (Windows 2000, Vista, Windows7) on a radform to display images in multiple pictureboxes and general text.  The users have complained that if they choose a different page size when printing the report the images are distorted proportionally to the page size.  An image appearing normal in 8.5x11 will appear stretched in 8.5x14.  I have experimented with printing, and found that no matter what options are chosen in the printer settings, or preferences, this will occur.  I have tried choosing "Actual Size" and unchecking "Scale to Fit" without success.  Is there a property in the reportviewer or elsewhere that will prevent the images from distorting if a different page size is chosen?  Thanks.

Hello Norris,

Unfortunately the provided information is insufficient for us to reproduce the behavior you have described and determine whether there is a fault in our product. Please elaborate on what type of application you're using, how (and why) your users apply the changes to the page sizes. Also it is not clear which version of the product you're using - there was a related issue in previous versions of the product that are now fixed in the latest official version.
Any additional information you could provide as well as steps to reproduce would be highly appreciated.

Kind regards,
Steve

Steve,

The application using Telerik is written in C#.net (VS 2008).  It calls a DLL written with VB.net (VS 2008) using a reportviewer control on a radform.  Generally, it's installed on client machines and is used to present our company's products to users.  We are using Telerik Reporting Q2 2009 SP1 and Telerik RadControls for WinForms Q3 2009.  Our users run reports which show .jpg images using Telerik.Reporting.Picturebox controls.  The users can print hard copies of the reports using their local printers (and drivers).  They have the options of different page sizes as desired.  The reports were designed assuming 8.5x11 size pages.  Larger size pages will stretch the images even if printer options are set to print at actual size.  The distorted images are causing problems for the users.  I hope this will give the information to reproduce and perhaps solve.

Looking forward to your response.

Hi Norris,

As noted in my previous post, a similar problem has been resolved in the latest version and we are unable to reproduce any problems with it. Please upgrade and let us know if still experiencing issues.
