How can i get a scroll bar like on sitefinity.com?

Does it use kendo UI ?

sitefinity.com uses a custom solution for desktop scroller on its home page, and for details about its implementation I suggest you contact our Sitefinity team.

On a side note, Kendo UI Mobile provides similar solution for (strictly) mobile apps via its ScrollView widget.

This is not in our immediate plans, however we following the interest in such a widget via this public User Voice item. The more votes it receives, the higher priority it will get in our ToDo list for future Kendo UI releases.
