You can refer to our Demo application >> Diagram >> Organization Chart example which demonstrates how to achieve the illustrated organization. You have access to the C# and VB.NET code snippets as it is illustrated in the below screenshot:
The Demo application is located in the installation folder of the suite. It usually can be found at the following path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Progress\Telerik UI for WinForms R3 2018\Examples\QuickStart You have access to the whole demo project and its source code.
