Offline documentation is badly formatted

Hello,

This already appears with previous release and is still visible with the current one: it seems that the stylesheet is missing as no formatting is applied to the text...

We're already aware of this issue with our offline documentation and I've gone ahead and logged the following bug report so that you can follow its process.
