Hi Tony,
The Kendo UI Window currently does not support alerts and confirmations out of the box, thus there is no official or standard way of implementing this functionality. I would suggest to submit a feature request at Kendo UI UserVoice so other members of the community can evaluate, comment on and vote for it. Highly voted requests are often included in future Kendo UI releases.
