I have setup the NuGet source and shown in other pages I have found, but I only see trial versions and not the non-trial versions. Once I downloaded the Telerik.Reporting from the website and installed it but that did not change anything. How do I get the non-trial version to show in my NuGet?

Hi Andy,

Firstly, I would recommend following the Upgrading Trial to Purchase approach.  You may also review the How to add the Telerik private NuGet feed to Visual Studio article.

Please, give these suggestions a try and let me know how it goes.

I have done both already, however, just to make sure I did it right I uninstalled everything and followed the upgrade document again. I download the control panel from the account page and installed it. I then installed reporting component and under the installed products it shows the Telerik Reporting but is shows trial under it. I set the NuGet source to https://nuget.telerik.com/v3/index.json just like the private NuGet page shows and still I only see trial versions in NuGet. I did download the Reporting NuGet package and set a local path to it and now I show the the Telerik.Reporting as a non-trial version. I did a test by removing the local NuGet package from my disk and VS shows the non-trial version just fine. However, I still cannot see anything but a trial version Telerik.Reporting.Services.AspNetCore NuGet package. How do I get all the other NuGet non-trial packages?

I downloaded Telerik_Reporting_16.1.22.511_NuGet_DEV.zip and I pulled out the Telerik.Reporting.16.1.22.511.nupkg and the Telerik.Reporting.Services.AspNetCore.16.1.22.511.nupkg files. I then set a NuGet source to the local directory and now I see them in the NuGet package manager. I still do not understand how I can download the file but I cannot not see the packages in NuGet.

Hi Andy,

We have checked in the system and everything seems to be correct. We see that you have access to the Telerik Reporting Nugets. Is it possible that you have tested with a different account?

No answers yet. Maybe you can help?
