Hi

We're using the silverlight report viewer control on a client application, everything was working fine till yesterday, now we're getting this error while trying to preview a report:

The type initializer for 'System.Windows.FrameworkElement' threw an exception.
The type initializer for 'System.Windows.Media.Transform' threw an exception.
Not enough storage is available to process this command

Please, this is urgent... what its causing it? how can we prevent it?

This seems like a generic windows error. There are quite a few articles on the matter if you search for the error.

Hi,

Im sorrry but it doesnt seem a generic error as you said... everything was working fine till a couple a of days ago.. now all the reports shows that error.. not only in one machine.. in every machine I've tested...

This for us its a great problem, already search for this error in the forum and found something similar in ajax... but not silverlight, much less with the report viewer...

We are not sure about the cause for the error. However we have found countless threads with a Google search that relate the error to the windows configuration. Here are some of the most popular ones:
