Following the provided information, I have prepared a sample project containing a RadSpreadsheet with a sample excel document matching the data from your screenshots. However, I was unable to reproduce the issue you are facing. Please refer to the attached sample project. Could you please give it a try and see how it works on your end? Am I missing something? Do I need to perform any changes?
Could you please modify my project in a way to replicate the undesired behavior that you are facing? Alternatively it would be greatly appreciated if you can provide a project of your own (possibly including an excel file) so that I can investigate further.
Could you also specify which version of Telerik UI for Winforms you are using? I suppose that you are referencing older Telerik libraries in your project which do not contain the latest fixes. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

I changed the file you sent .I found out that there was a problem when the form RightToLeft

I have managed to reproduce the control behavior on my end. Indeed, if the RightToLeft property is set to Yes, the text in my document disappeared. Also Right to Left behavior was not respected by the RadSpreadSheet and status bar but only by the formula bar.
The problem is caused due to the non-fully implemented Right to Left behavior in the control. Therefore as a reasonable request I have logged a feature request in our feedback portal.
You can track its progress, subscribe for status changes and add your comments on the following link - feedback item.
I have also updated your Telerik points.
