Can you elaborate a bit more on how can the described error be reproduced and provide sample steps to follow? Also, can you provide a working Dojo example, where this behavior can be observed?

I removed Telerik Kendo UI Chrome Inspector from the Chrome extensions and it fixed the problem.

In general, the referred extension can indeed be the caused for the issue. Also, there are a lot of scenarios that yield false negatives, thus you can ignore these warnings if they are caused by the extension or turn it off.
