Native Upload - Clear button not working

Clear action button is not working, and this seems to happen only when the component is in controlled mode.

Indeed this seems like a bug in the Kendo Native Upload component we have research it and even could push a fix for it in the latest version 3.1.2 that was just published. Here is the example with the latest version - https://stackblitz.com/edit/4n8dnh-kwv6tb?file=src/main.vue.
