Hi ,
With the current implementation of RadCalendar it is not possible bind the SelectedDates to a collection in the ViewModel. However what I can suggest you would be to check this blog post which demonstrates how to achieve the desired with an attached property. We also have that logged into our Feedback portal as a Feature Request, so you can easily vote and track its status on the following link:
