The issue "Service stops responding in specific cases" we fixed in the Internal Build was a bug in our algorithm for storage cleaning introduced with version 220.127.116.118. It was related to the FileStorage of the Telerik Reporting REST Service. Hence, when the problem appears it will require a REST Service restart. The problem was on the server-side and should not be fixed with a browser restart.
Could you ask your user to check for error in the console of the browser? He/She may also use Fiddler to get more info from the requests/responses.
