The RadCartesianChart can make a VerticalAxis, but can not find how to apply the colors and values ​​dynamically. I have only managed to secure a number the result of the graph.

I am not sure that I completely understand your scenario. Can you please elaborate a little more on your scenario by telling me which part of the chart you want to color? Also can you send me a drawing of the expected result? This will help me in better understanding your case and assist you further.
