Does this control support incremental search?  I don't see a setting for it.

Thanks.

Hi Ken,

Thanks for contacting us. Currently we do not support the Incremental Search feature in RadMultiColumnComboBox. If there is stronger demand we will consider providing this functionality. Do not hesitate to write back in case of further questions.

Hi there,
Would be great to have incremental search. I would just buy the whole thing if it has that. Because if you have a lot of items in your combo (f.i. all the seaports in the world), not much fun scrolling down and picking the right port.
Regards, Peter.

Hi Peter,

Indeed, this feature is important and after a short discussion we decided to add it in our TODO list for the Q2 2009 release of our control suite with a high priority.

Do not hesitate to write back if you have any other ideas or suggestions that might be useful.

All the best,

Hi Deyan,
That is good news indeed. In database application building the multi-combobox is, I think, an important control. Incremental search and/or autocomplete are features that make the control extra powerfull, specially when the control holds plenty of rows. Now I frequently use the Endeeis multicolumncombo;  http://www.edneeis.com/control.aspx?ID=7. Well, you've got yourselves a new client. -)
