Hi

I have an ASP.NET APP which uses the Web Report Viewer
When I upgrade my reports from Q2 to Q3
(2009.2 807 to 2009.3.1104)
I get the following message in the Report Viewer:
Report is unavailable or session has expired
Please, refresh the page.

My session state is InProc
<sessionState mode="InProc" timeout="1440"></sessionState>

I only "bind" the report when the user clicks on a button
and the report viewer needs to be "blank" before this action occurs

Any help appreciated

Hi Martin,

Generally speaking that message is correct since you do not have a report assigned to the viewer. However we've received several complains about this from other users too and would revert to the old functionality where the viewer would simply show with empty report area. Until the release of the SP1 you can set an empty report (instance of the Telerik.Reporting.Report class) to the WebViewer's Report property in order to suppress the message.

Kind regards,
