Hello Minh,
There is no easy way to move the ScrollViewer of the GridView from the right side to the left side. However, if you do decide to try and move it you will need to edit the GridViewScrollViewer Template. Please keep in mind that this will lead to many undesirable side effects. That is why we do not recommend you to move the ScrollViewer.
