Mobile for existing customers

Hi,

Just a quick question. I noticed a promotion recently stating that buyers of Kendo UI Commercial license will get a Mobil license free. Does that hold true for those of us that bought the commercial license during the initial release period? I bought the commercial license in December 2011. Will I alsdo get a Mobile license when it's released?

Hi Tony,

Thank you for your question!

The promo applies to anyone who bought Kendo UI Web between the launch (Nov 30^th, 2011) and the March, 2012 official release. Thus we will recognize all early commercial license adopters with Kendo UI Mobile licenses in March.

Fantastic! This is shaping up to be a truly complete package and while I haven't yet had a chance to use the UI in a project yet (too busy wrapping up my old school stuff!) , I plan on using HTML 5 for all my new projects. I'm now really happy I decided to go with the Kendo UI package.

Just another quick question....is there any chance that one of the upcoming nightly builds will include any of the new grid features? I have a custom CMS job coming up in February that requires lots of editable grids and edit forms. Would be nice to have whatever is done on that front in the nightly builds.

Hi,

 The nightly builds would not include the new editing grid features because they are not ready yet. Stay tuned for the first Beta of Kendo UI Q1 2012 which is due late February.
