The only Columns I have access to in the GridView namespace are the GridViewColumn and GridViewDataColumn. No GridViewComboBoxColumn, GridViewHyperLinkColumn, GridViewImageColumn, GridViewSelectColumn, etc...
Where do I find these?

Well, you are using a very old version of our controls - Q1 2009 which is almost an year old. The columns that you are looking for were introduced after Q1 2009. If you upgrade to our latest release Q3 2009 SP2 you will be able to find the new column types.
