Hello Chuck,
Our inspection showed the "kendo.timezones.min.js" script is available in the Q1 2016 bundle: Nevertheless, I attached it archived to this message. You can download it and include it in your project without any restrictions.
Let me know if this is not sufficient.

The file kendo.timezones.min.js is present in the Q1 2016 bundle, kendo.timezones.min.js.map is not present.
Do you have that file?

Hello Chuck,
Please excuse me for missing the "map" part of the question. Indeed, we do not provide map file for the timezones, because it is simple JSON with timezones information (not readable in not minified version to be honest).
We will consider in future to provide such if more users are interest in it.

Thank you for your response. The reason I mentioned it was because when I run my application in Visual Studio debug mode it mentions the missing file.
SourceMap http://localhost:1234/Scripts/kendo/kendo.timezones.min.js.map read failed: One or more errors occurred.
If it is not needed, I will ignore the error.
