My client is using WinXP Traditional Chinese Home edition.
Recently he has applied the Windows XP SP3.
After applying the SP3, the menu text disappear.
In my own development machine, using Eng Win XP Professional, the menu text is normal after applying the SP3.
He has resintalled the program but no helps.
Telerik Version:2008.3.1314.20

Hi alfred,
I was able to reproduce the describe issue using older versions of RadControls for WinForms. However, this issue seems to be addressed in our latest Q3 2009 release. I would suggest that you update your Telerik controls and check if the behavior is correct on your side as well.

But why it can function under development environment?

Hi alfred,
Because your development environment is English, but the Operating System of your client is Traditional Chinese. Traditional Chinese operating systems display latin strings differently from the regular English Operating Systems. Basically, you can notice that letters of the latin words in the development environment are smoother that the same strings displayed in Chinese OS.
