menu like what is on kendoui.com

I can't seem to find an easy way to build a menu using Kendo similar to the menu at the kendoui.com website.  Is there anyone who can help me with some direction?

Hello Kevin,

Which menu are you referring to exactly? There are several on the kendoui.com site, but all of them are plain list of links, nothing special. Some of the links trigger a tooltip-like behavior.
