As I have stated in this thread (http://www.telerik.com/community/forums/winforms/menu/radmenu-and-shortcuts.aspx). Most applications use right justification to show the shortcuts for menu items. This seems to be a short coming of the RadMenu. I would like to suggest this as an enhancement for a future build.
