Memory leak on create and destroy toolbar

Hi,

I am creating SPA application and I am  using Toolbar. Destroy method does not remove all handlers and stay here memory leaks. Here is sample:

Hello Miroslav,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I checked the example and can confirm that there is a memory leak however we will need more time to investigate further.
We will log this as a bug and try to fix it as soon as possible.
