Hi Jeevan,
The four resizing Thumbs (which are actually Rectangles) are located in the Diaram ManipulationAdorner.
You can edit its style and change the appearance of these rectangles. In this forum thread you can see the ManipulationAdornerStyle extracted. The Style is pretty much the same in WPF.
