I have a scheduler and my users are asking to be able to copy and paste the text in the events via mouse highlight, right-click, copy, but the scheduler does not allow this.  I have added a popup view for them and a button that copies all the text in the event to the clipboard, but they still want to be able to copy-paste just portions of the event text.  Is there a way to make the text selectable/highlight-able?

Hello Grady,

Currently the Scheduler does not provide means to do that out-of-the-box. A possible workaround would be to attach a click handler to the k-event elements, and if it is a right-click, copy the text of the k-event-template to the clipboard.

Alternatively, you can submit a feature request in our Feedback Portal for the functionality. Lastly, if you need the implementation on a short notice, you can use the Professional services team to help you with the implementation. If you choose to do so, please let me know so that I can inform the colleagues to get in touch with you.

I hope I was helpful. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Regards,
Martin
