Hi, new to the forum.

I'm trying to make Report Designer work for me.  All the YouTube material I have come across says that you don't have to do any programming with Report designer, but all the pages I come across from telerik.com talk exclusively about code.  I want to create, view, and edit a report without writing code.  Is there a start-to-finish/soup-to-nuts tutorial (video, screenshots, etc) to get me started?

I have thus far been unable to find such a guide.

I see there is no way to edit a post.  I'll keep that in mind.

I found the Reporting Life Cycle http://docs.telerik.com/reporting/designing-reports-life-cycle, and that gives me a great overview.  I;ve already  managed to create a report, I think, and now I'm not sure what to do next.  How do I do this part?

Hello Dan,

Please check How to Start Using Telerik Reporting.

Once you are ready with creating reports (the Quickstart section) you can go to Using Telerik Reporting in Applications.
There are Vs item template which can be used for adding viewers. The Vs item templates include wizards which will guide you in the process of configuring the viewer and selecting the initial report. To update the report displayed by the viewer, you will have to update the viewer's ReportSource.

Local examples, for comparison, are installed by default under C:\Program Files (x86)\Telerik\Reporting R1 2017\Examples. Based on your products of interest, I am attaching a video that illustrates how to use the HTML5 Viewer (WebForms wrapper) in a Web Application.

Let us know if you need further help.

Regards,
Stef
