Hello all.

Some of my events are not all day events but they have a multiple days length. Example duration "2.00:30:00". But such events are not rendered in the scheduler calendar views. Only in the agenda view.

How can I persuade the day/week/workweek views to show such events?

Kind regaards

Bernd

Hello Bernd,

We are not aware of such issue. I tested with the scheduler of our Basic usage demo and as you can see on the video setting a 'multiple' day appointment is shown in all views. Would you please isolate you problem in a sample runnable project as described in our How To Get The Most Out Of Your Kendo UI Support article. Thus we would be able to investigate your scenario and help you in the most efficient way.

Hi Anton.

Thanks for answering.

The problem is: I don't show the all day area.

I submitted a request for a customization quote to show long running events as normal events.

Hello Bernd,

Thank you for the submitted idea in our Feedback portal. Based on the support it receives from the community, we will decide whether to proceed with its implementation.

As a workaround for the moment, you could build your own Custom view, that would display longer events in the main table area of the Scheduler.

Hello there!

I met the same issue with Telerik Ui Asp net Core (nearly the same lib).
And I fixed it very easily after 2 days trying to find how it occurred.

With a scheduler using the TimeLineWeekView by default,
it happens that passing a datetime to the Date() method, not the same as the first day of the week, will display all the loaded events, except those long enough for being displayed in 2 days.

I do not know whether this will help, but regarding this strange behavior, I prefer to share my situation.
