Hello,

I am working in .net 3.5. I am unable to create a RadRichTextBox in my current project since I do not have the System.ComponentModel.Composition assembly referenced. According to the FAQ for RadRichTextBox, this assembly is distributed in the binaries directory; however, I am unable to find this assembly there. Which file do I need to use to reference this assembly?

Thanks!
Mike

Hello Mike,
Accidentally, System.ComponentModel.Composition was not included in the binaries of the official Q3 release. You can go ahead and get the latest Q3 SP1 version trial (from your account), which is indeed more stable and contains various bug fixes.
Another option is to get the System.ComponentModel.Composition from our demos install folder, located on your hard drive, in <install folder>\ Demos\lib\WPF35 (the default location is >
C:\Program Files\Telerik\RadControls for WPF Q3 2011\Demos\lib\WPF35 or C:\Program Files (x86)\Telerik\RadControls for WPF Q3 2011\Demos\lib\WPF35).

Please, excuse us for the inconvenience. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have other questions.
