Hi Telerik team,
I know actually there is no native support for localization in standalone report (contrary to visual studio report).
I wondered if this feature will be implemented in a near future or if it is not planned for the moment.

Hello Yannick,
At the moment, built-in localization is not available for RESX files. You can use a custom function, that can be loaded in the Standalone Report Designer from an external assembly - Extending Report Designer and in the VS Report Designer the function will be recognized if it is in the same namespace.
However, we've already created such feature request approved by our product managers and considered for implementation - Declarative report definitions (TRDP, TRDX, TRBP) localization. Feel free to vote for it because features are implemented based on the demand from the community.
