I am not sure that I fully understand your scenario. Could you please elaborate more on your current implementation? What exactly happens and what is expected to happen with the RadChartView control? What axis you use in your scenario? Please note that in the LiveData demo the horizontal axis is DateTimeContinuousAxis so that the CategoryBinding property of the LineSeries is used.
It will be best if you can provide us with sample code demonstrating the issue or at least code snippets showing the settings of the RadChartView control.
