Thank you for contacting us. There is no auto-complete in RadListBox, because you cannot type in the list box but just select items.

Can we have a textbox on top of checkbox list and do a auto complete search on the list box?. See the attached image file.

RadControls do not provide the required functionality out of the box. Please refer to this kb article which demonstrates how to create a combo box with check boxes. A RadListBox with checkboxes is done in the exact same way, the only difference is that the base class is RadListBoxItem.
The auto complete feature however must be implemented explicitly.
