Hi,

I have installed JustCode Q2 2014  along with my Visual Studio 2010 Professional SP1. I have a requirement to convert Linq to foreach and from this Telerik documentation I came to know this is possible with JustCode.

I tried to follow the steps mentioned in this help article but on pressing Alt+Ins, I am not getting any popup. Also I searched through the JustCode menu bar options and no where I can find an option to "To Foreach Statement" as mentioned in your help document.

Please help,
Thanks

Hello Vishnu,

I am afraid this functionality is not complete and it does work only in a few scenarios. We had plans in the past to improve it, but unfortunately they didn't get to a real implementation.
Thanks for sharing your concern. We will have it in mind.

Hi Zdravko,

Unfortunately this is actually a deal-breaker for me. I have gone through few code clean-up and analysis tools like ReSharper etc but finally chose telerik by seeing your help documentation which tells like the conversion is possible. Hope you guys will come up with a feature in the near future.

Thanks,
Vishnu.

I don't understand, why you describe the feature http://www.telerik.com/help/justcode/refactorings-linq-conversions.html  in the documentation since 2013 which is not availaible.

Hi,

I am sorry for the misunderstanding!

Our Visual Studio 2015 version is a little bit different. We changed JustCode to step on top of built-in Roslyn services and we haven't adapted all features yet. That is why that feature is missing for Visual Studio 2015.
